At the time I joined Carbon2Cobalt, revenue was primarily driven through catalog sales. As the dedicated designer for email campaigns and other various digital assets my work helped drive the online side of the business.
I created stories using product and utilized Google Analytics to drive strategy on product selection for each campaign. I also used tools such as heat mapping and A/B testing to modernize and implement best practices for the user’s experience shopping through email and online.
